Personally I think pattern making is hard work - but oh so enjoyable, I usually lose myself in the process, it looks like you do too :) Esther Aliuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04760874340919976083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8623537535040275982.post-50926061277462180002015-07-15T05:42:04.123-07:002015-07-15T05:42:04.123-07:00Great start, your color choices sing. Your guild is lucky because I know how much work goes into those patterns. Obviously your grand daughters think it is a wonderful project as well. How lucky you are to have them close enough to come and see what you are working on.

I love the Gypsy Rose fabrics and congrats on getting so much accomplished on it as well.dqhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08186878644626859511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8623537535040275982.post-12869587583476542612015-07-12T02:47:27.928-07:002015-07-12T02:47:27.928-07:00So far we seem to have busy this summer , visiting...So far we seem to have busy this summer , visiting one son and hus graduation and waiting for the other son to come home . In between I have pieced together two quilt tops from a bee last year . That really cracked me up. It looks like you are having some pattern writing and fabric fun, and it is awesome you are enjoying the wonderful summer weather, too. My husband and I go for nightly walks, so we're doing our best to take it in (and enjoy each sunset!), too. Think I'm growing webs between my toes...so I'm getting in quite a bit of sewing time too. I love Fig Tree fabrics. :-) I like the reds for a bit of punch/pizazz, although I can see floating those on the same background fabric would be kind of cool too...so I'm no help! Love seeing how your 5-year-old thinks!! Sandra Walkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17737049269550479188noreply@blogger.com
